Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wolf Golf app published by GLS ("we", "us"). By using Wolf Golf you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The app

Wolf Golf is a companion for tracking scoring, bets, and settlements in friendly gambling-style golf games (Wolf, Banker, Nassau, Skins, and others). Wolf Golf does not operate a gambling platform, does not hold, process, or transfer funds between players, and does not enable real-money wagering. All bets, settlements, and payouts are private arrangements between you and the people you play with; you are responsible for any actual exchange of money.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share your Apple ID credentials.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (home screen → subscription card → Delete Account). See our Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

Clubhouse subscription

• Wolf Golf offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called "Clubhouse" in two tiers: monthly and yearly.
• Price and subscription length are displayed on the purchase screen and are set by us in App Store Connect. Actual prices shown reflect your region's store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the "Manage Subscription" button inside the app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy; we don't process refunds directly.

Referrals and rewards

Wolf Golf's referral program credits users whose referred friends subscribe to Clubhouse. Referral rewards are tracked server-side and may be fulfilled as free subscription time. We reserve the right to void rewards obtained through fraudulent sign-ups, self-referrals, or bulk referral-spam activity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or abuse the app or our backend.
• Submit false course data, fraudulent scores, or other data intended to deceive other players.
• Use the app to facilitate illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in multiplayer rounds.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Course data

Courses shown in search results may be sourced from third-party providers (e.g. golfcourseapi.com), community contributions, or your own manual entry. We don't guarantee accuracy. If you spot bad data, use the "Report a Course Data Issue" option in the app.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that settlements computed by any game format are free of bugs. Don't use Wolf Golf as the sole record-keeper for meaningful amounts of money.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Wolf Golf. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
